Founder

Bruce Benedict is the founder of Cardiphonia and Bellwether Arts. He is currently the Chaplain of Worship Arts at Hope College and loves shepherding this creative ministry with a beloved group of friends and collaborators. Support our work through a tax deductible gift.

Compilations

The majority of creative output from Cardiphonia arrives in the form of worship compilations that gather songs from friends scattered around the globe meditating on particular biblical or liturgical themes. You can find these on bandcamp and most streaming sites.

Liturgical arts

We love fostering creative movements around liturgical themes. Some of these funnel through Cardiphonia and alot more get taken up by the Holland, MI Bellwether Arts crew. We have an old Wordpress site where you can find a ton of liturgical prayers and resources.

CHRIST IS OUR SPRING (2024) - A retuned-hymn compilation from Bellwether Arts drawing texts from an old hymnal “Resurgit” released around Easter 2024.

RESURRECT Vol.1 & Vol.2 (2023) - A double album of retuned hymns with texts drawn from Resurgit, a hymnal devoted entirely to texts on the resurrection.
